Please mail registration and class fee to DogTown, 335 NE 8th St., Gresham, OR 97030 along with a copy of the required vaccinations: DHLPP, Bordetella & Rabies. Dogs must also be current on flea treatment. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
